Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the ProMapper app ("the App") or by using the website at projectionmapping.app ("the Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App or the Site.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ProMapper for your own creative and professional projection mapping projects, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the App except as permitted by law.
Your Content
You retain all rights to the photos, videos, and designs you create or import into ProMapper. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you use, and for how and where you project it. Do not use ProMapper to project content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful.
Purchases and Subscriptions
ProMapper is free to download and offers optional Pro features through Apple in-app purchases. All payments, renewals, and refunds are managed by Apple under the App Store terms. Subscription pricing and billing periods are shown in the App before you purchase.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App and Site are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, projector, or accessory.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProMapper and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App or Site, including damage to equipment or loss of data.
Changes to the Service
We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the App or Site at any time. We may also revise these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable local law where ProMapper operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
