Overview
ProMapper ("we", "us", "our") builds a projection mapping and video mapping app for iPhone and iPad. This Privacy Policy explains what information the ProMapper app and this website (projectionmapping.app) collect, how it is used, and the choices you have. We designed ProMapper to run primarily on-device, so most of what you create never leaves your iPhone or iPad.
Information We Do Not Collect
- We do not require you to create an account or provide your name to use the app.
- We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
- Photos, videos, and camera input you use inside the app are processed on your device and are not uploaded to our servers.

Permissions
ProMapper asks for permission before accessing your camera and photo library. These are used solely to let you capture, detect, and project content. You can revoke these permissions at any time in iOS Settings › Privacy & Security.
In-App Purchases
ProMapper offers optional Pro features through Apple's in-app purchase system. Payment and subscription details are handled entirely by Apple. We receive confirmation of your purchase status but never your payment card details.
Third-Party Services
The app relies on Apple platform services (App Store, StoreKit, and, if enabled, Apple's crash reporting). This website uses standard hosting and may sit behind a content delivery network for performance and security. These providers process technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the service.
Data Retention
Because your projects and media are stored locally on your device, you control them. Deleting the app removes its local data from your device. Any diagnostics shared with Apple are governed by Apple's retention policies.
Children's Privacy
ProMapper is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. Since we hold very little personal data, most requests can be satisfied by managing settings on your device or contacting us at the address below.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
